  • No curfew on indoor celebrations in the barn – you and your guests are welcome to party into the early hours.

Event Coordination

Your special occasion is in capable hands, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all involved. We will liaise with your chosen suppliers (caterers, florists, etc) and unlike many venues we do not charge corkage fees.

With over 14 years of experience coordinating weddings of diverse traditions and backgrounds, we specialise in seamlessly orchestrating a wide array of ceremonies, from those rooted in cultural richness to those embracing modern and inclusive celebrations.

Exclusive Use (Dry Hire)

Experience the epitome of exclusivity at Crow’s Hall, where you and your guests enjoy sole access to the hall and gardens, making it your own private stately home for the duration of your celebration.

With the full exclusive venue hire option, you’ll also have access to the 16th-century barn (250 seated/300 standing) and the glamping village area, which offers ample space for up to 50 bell tents or equivalent. Your stay includes four nights’ accommodation in the hall for up to ten guests (additional nights by arrangement).

For more intimate celebrations, the option includes exclusive use of the hall and island gardens, with the same four nights’ accommodation for up to ten guests.

Both options include exclusive access to the beautiful gardens, with plenty of space to personalise your celebration with marquees or other event structures.

Seven Day Access Venue

Unlike many wedding venues that operate on a tight daily turnaround schedule, Crow’s Hall offers a generous seven-day hire period. This extended timeframe is specifically designed to accommodate the complexities of events, particularly those requiring intricate marquee installations or extensive styling.

The seven-day hire ensures you have ample time for seamless event planning, allowing for stress-free setup and design, hosting your special event, and even the option to include pre- and post-event gatherings. It also provides the necessary time for a smooth take-down process, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.

Full use of the Garden & Grounds

The layout and planting of Crow’s Hall island gardens are the work of award-winning and leading garden designer Xa Tollemache.

Mature and beautifully maintained, the island gardens include everything from ‘cottagey’ borders full of summer colour to heritage roses, smooth lawns and neat box hedging, affording panoramic views of rolling Suffolk countryside and gracing three sides of the historic redbrick manor house. The ideal backdrop for your special day.
